Welcome to Drift, a CPAP patient compliance monitoring platform provided by iSleep Health Services (“we,” “us,” “our,” or “Company”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, application, and services (collectively, the “Service”). By accessing or using Drift, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using Drift, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of Drift following the posting of updated Terms means that you accept and agree to the changes. It is your responsibility to check these Terms periodically for updates.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and iSleep Health Services regarding the Service and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, whether written or oral, relating to this subject matter.
2. Description of Service
Service Overview
Drift is a cloud-based CPAP (Continuous Positive Airway Pressure) compliance monitoring platform designed to help patients, healthcare providers, and organizations track and improve patient adherence to sleep apnea therapy. The Service includes:
- Patient compliance portal and dashboard
- Real-time CPAP device data monitoring and analytics
- Compliance alerts and notifications
- Provider management and reporting tools
- Integration with CPAP devices and health management systems
- Voice AI-powered patient engagement and follow-up
User Types
Drift serves multiple user types: patients, healthcare providers, administrative staff, and organizational administrators. Different features and access levels may apply depending on your user role. You are responsible for using only the features and data available to your account role.
Service Limitations
Drift is a compliance monitoring tool only. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. The Service requires compatible CPAP devices and internet connectivity to function. We do not guarantee uninterrupted Service availability.
3. User Accounts and Responsibilities
Account Creation
To use certain features of Drift, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
You represent and warrant that you have the legal authority to accept these Terms on behalf of yourself or your organization. If you are accessing Drift on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information during account registration
- Keep your login credentials secure and confidential
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or password
- Use the Service only for its intended purposes
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
- Not use the Service for any unlawful or fraudulent activities
- Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or harm other users
Account Verification
For healthcare providers and organizations, account verification and credentialing may be required. We reserve the right to verify credentials and suspend accounts that fail verification.

Drift is a compliance monitoring tool and is NOT a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
No Medical Advice
The information provided through Drift, including compliance data, analytics, and notifications, is for informational purposes only and should not be construed as medical advice. Always consult with a qualified healthcare professional for any health concerns or before making medical decisions.
Provider Responsibility
Healthcare providers using Drift remain solely responsible for patient care, diagnosis, treatment decisions, and clinical judgment. Drift is a tool to assist with compliance monitoring only. Providers must independently evaluate and verify all patient information and make clinical decisions based on comprehensive patient assessment.
Patient Communication
Any communications from Drift regarding compliance, reminders, or suggestions are educational in nature and do not constitute medical treatment or professional medical advice. Patients should always consult their healthcare provider with questions or concerns.
Emergency Situations
If you are experiencing a medical emergency, please call emergency services (911 in the United States) or go to the nearest emergency room. Do not rely on Drift for emergency medical assistance.
5. Privacy and Data Protection
Privacy Policy
Your use of Drift is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, process, and protect your personal and health information. Please review our Privacy Policy at /privacy for complete details.
Health Information Protection
We take the protection of health information seriously and implement appropriate technical, administrative, and physical safeguards to protect patient data. Drift complies with applicable healthcare privacy regulations including HIPAA (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act), where applicable.
Data Retention
We retain user data in accordance with our data retention policies and applicable law. Upon account termination, we will delete or anonymize your personal information as required by law, unless retention is required for legal or regulatory compliance.
Data Security
We use industry-standard security measures including encryption, secure data centers, access controls, and regular security assessments. However, no system is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security of all data. You use Drift at your own risk.
Third-Party Integrations
Drift may integrate with third-party services including CPAP device manufacturers, health platforms, and communication services. Your use of these integrations is subject to those third parties' terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party practices.
6. Intellectual Property
Ownership
Drift and all content, features, functionality, software, designs, and materials included in the Service are the exclusive property of iSleep Health Services or its content suppliers and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
License Grant
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use Drift for your personal or professional purposes in accordance with these Terms. This license does not include the right to:
- Reproduce, copy, or duplicate any content
- Modify, adapt, or create derivative works
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to discover source code or algorithms
- Distribute, sell, or resell the Service or content
- Use the Service for competitive purposes
Restrictions
You may not remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices on Drift. You must retain all copyright and proprietary notices on any copies of materials you download or print from the Service.
Your Content
By submitting content to Drift (such as patient data, notes, or communications), you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, process, store, and display such content for the purpose of providing and improving the Service. You remain the owner of your content and are responsible for ensuring you have the right to submit it.
7. Limitation of Liability
Disclaimer of Warranties
DRIFT IS PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND TITLE.
No Guarantee of Results
We do not warrant that Drift will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that defects will be corrected. We do not guarantee that the Service will help improve patient compliance or achieve any particular outcome.
Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL ISLEEP HEALTH SERVICES, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE DRIFT, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
Cap on Liability
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF DRIFT SHALL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR $100, WHICHEVER IS LESS.
Clinical Outcomes
We are not liable for any clinical outcomes, patient harm, adverse events, or medical consequences arising from patient use of CPAP therapy or from use of Drift. Healthcare providers are solely responsible for clinical decision-making and patient outcomes.
8. Termination
Termination by You
You may terminate your Drift account at any time by contacting us or through your account settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. You remain liable for any outstanding fees or obligations.
Termination by Us
We may suspend or terminate your account and access to Drift without notice if:
- You violate these Terms or any applicable law
- You engage in fraudulent or harmful activities
- Your account remains inactive for an extended period
- You fail to pay fees or maintain accurate account information
- We determine, in our sole discretion, that your use creates risk to other users
- You lose required credentials, licenses, or authorization
Effect of Termination
Upon termination, all rights granted to you under these Terms terminate immediately. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (such as limitations of liability, indemnification, and intellectual property provisions) will survive.
Data After Termination
We will retain your data as required by law. Patient records may be retained for the retention periods required by healthcare regulations. You may request data deletion subject to legal and regulatory requirements.
9. Changes to Terms
Right to Modify
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date. For significant changes that affect your rights or obligations, we will provide additional notice, such as by email or prominent posting.
Continued Use
Your continued use of Drift after changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms. If you do not agree to the modified Terms, you must stop using the Service.
Material Changes
If we make material changes that negatively impact your use of Drift or reduce protections provided to patient data, we will provide at least 30 days' notice before the changes take effect.

Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless iSleep Health Services, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of Drift, violation of these Terms, or violation of any law.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the state in which iSleep Health Services is incorporated, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Jurisdiction and Venue
Any legal action or proceeding relating to these Terms or your use of Drift shall be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in the jurisdiction where iSleep Health Services is incorporated, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, or if such modification is not possible, the provision shall be severed, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other agreements you have entered into with iSleep Health Services, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, representations, and agreements.
Waiver
The failure of iSleep Health Services to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. Any waiver must be in writing and signed by our authorized representative.
